Returns

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of delivery.

To start a return, please message us through the contact us page with your order number, full name, address, delivery date, and reason for return. If applicable, feel free to include photos. We aim to process all return requests within 2-5 business days.

Please note:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Returns are at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
• You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession.

If your order included multiple items delivered on different days, the 15-day period begins after the last item was received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your return for the refund to be issued.

If your item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a deduction may be made from your refund.

In the event we cannot refund to the original payment method, a manual refund will be arranged.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
